    sec leg raising 30 sec running on spot 30 sec lunges 30 sec
    sprint on spot 30 sec reverse lungs 1 min star jump 1 min
    sprint on spot is it ok ;S sorry i alterd it im only 12 but
    am doing this workout everyday

  9. Hi there, plz don try all these exercises coz u r over
    weight. Better do liposection, so that it removes unwanted
    fats and later with regular exercise u can reduce ur
    wieght..

  15. It's possible for you to work out without push-ups, however,
    your arms are going to be extremely weak, while your abdomen
    and legs are going to be much stronger. So yes, you could
    ignore them if you just want to get rid of fat on your
    stomach.
  16. looks like there are no workout things that dont involve
    pushups, i injured my arm and cant do 2 pushup with it
    giving way

    when school starts,and when school is on cause i might not

    video was connected to that page after you confirmed your
    e-mail. it's slightly different than the workout in the pdf.
    but i found it helpful to learn the correct posture. but my
    real question is, how often do we do the workout? 2-3 a
    week? everyday?
