or not it makes no difference cuz my opinion will
remain...and yes I have heard the song by udit...just
because it touched you everywhere doesn't mean it'll touch
everyone else...and no matter who sings the song it'll never
be as deep as Khamaj...if you think so then I feel sorry for
you..truly..

heard the original song sung by Uditji. If you try to listen
that song with all pre removed from your mind, that song
will touch you everywhere it is supposed to. If it does

- these judges claim that he sang well but failed to live up
to his previous performance (Khamaj - Fuzon.) In reality he
sang just about as well as anyone can sing the song. The
fact is that this song just can't touch you the way Khamaj
does...the tune and lyrics aren't as deep and touching
Khamaj.

that's it for them...Himesh really hyped up Vineet back in
05...only gave him 1 song...and he promised Aneek all this

- Guess you're right. There maybe several reasons but I think
a major part of it is that classical singing requires energy
to be extremely focussed while pop/Bollywood need energy to
permeate the audience. I think the mind set of the singers
in these genres is different.
- anyone else notice this? but, for ghazal/classical singers,
its a little more difficult to sing pop/rock songs. kinda
sounds like they dont have power. but when they sing
classical, the POWER comes out.
just a thought :)

I completely agree with you. The mentors
just giving them "goli" means subz bagh. Even after over a
year I never heard Amanat, Aneek et al songs for the film.
Pakistani singers (if any left by then) would not go upto
top 10Winning is not a possibility ever. They will get for
the timebeing fame thats all about they will get. Sorry to
say but we all know why.
