- ... since october/2007 I eaten everyday ONLY 1 potato + chicken chest (both boiled) + some cheese and somethimes + salad...and whereupon i had 104 kg and now i have 74 kg (i have 1.82 CM height) .. and this without sport or something...and now with this workout i have a nice ab ..

- honestly this is the best ab work out ive ever done, the cheezy ninetys music turned me off it a bit but its really intense

- for the basic crunch how wide must ur leg be apart from each other?
- done this everyday for 3-4 weeks along with cardio and limited my bad fat intake (saturated and trans), now i have got a nice flat stomach with good definition, this program works well but you can not just do it everyday and expect results, do cardio and limit fat intake
- I started using this program about 6 weeks ago, working out every other day and cutting down on fatty foods. Really starting to see results. Highly Reccommended. Not for the faint hearted!
