  8. ... since october/2007 I eaten everyday ONLY 1 potato + chicken chest (both boiled) + some cheese and somethimes + salad...and whereupon i had 104 kg and now i have 74 kg (i have 1.82 CM height) .. and this without sport or something...and now with this workout i have a nice ab ..

  10. When you say a diet without sweets, bread, oil ECT.. whats the ect? and wow seriously only for 2 weeks? ones a day?
  11. honestly this is the best ab work out ive ever done, the cheezy ninetys music turned me off it a bit but its really intense

  17. I agree i've been doing this for about 2 months and i've seen big results you just have to stick to it every day

  21. for the basic crunch how wide must ur leg be apart from each other?
  22. done this everyday for 3-4 weeks along with cardio and limited my bad fat intake (saturated and trans), now i have got a nice flat stomach with good definition, this program works well but you can not just do it everyday and expect results, do cardio and limit fat intake
  23. I started using this program about 6 weeks ago, working out every other day and cutting down on fatty foods. Really starting to see results. Highly Reccommended. Not for the faint hearted!
