   de autor donde la figura del "fair use" es comolo que en
   otros paises como por ejemplo en mexico llamamos
   "crestomatia" donde bajo ciertas circunstancias puedes usar
   fragmentos de material sin pedir permiso del dueño de los
   derechos en base a que se considera del dominio publico y no
   se haga con fines de lucro pero en fin puedes encontrar mas
   en la pag del FBI jejeje saludos :D
