- hmzsearching for a person who will act like a man when the
time is right
- rolfmao......stick it to the man..
- me to! lol.
- ok I have a headache now
- rfhoiölppm
- i rather enjoyed that ^^
- Genius.
- Exactly!
- yeah
- we had to watch this at school
- Oh... so this video is fair use because it was used to
teach?
- lol nice
- Sure, though that kind of thing I'd have to laugh at more
than anything. XD Although I am such a master of building book cases, who wouldn't want one with my name on it? XP
- I love this so much. <3
- bloody brilaint
- lol ya. or if i put your name on the bookcase n said it used
to belong to you thats the kinda of thing that needs to stop, counterfitting
- Even better response! If your bookcase is just similar, then
no. But if you come and take pieces off of my bookcase with out my permission in order to build yours then yes. I would sue you. Not only is that directly stealing, but it would also hurt and devalue the one I had built.
- Well that depends. Since I guess I sell them in this
example, I must ask if you made a shoddy imitation of my book shelf and tried to sell it? Then probably. Did you make one for your own use? Or is it obviously just a coincidence, and neither of us will really be effected by the other? Then probably not.
- well if i build my own bookcase will u sue me if it looks
similar 2 yers?
- Why shouldn't they? Again, if I build a bookcase and leave
it to someone in my will, should it be up for grabs 70 years after I die? Should just anybody be allowed to take it because I've been dead for x-amount of years? It's the same thing. Answer me this: Metaphorically speaking, why can't the person just build their own bookcase? Why do they need mine so badly?
- that's great... but nobody is arguing with your ability to
make money from your work. However, the point of this video is that it has gone too far. Why should your estate still have a copyright in something you've made 70 years AFTER you die??
- And how much material has been copyrighted(note the quote
I'm about to use is not from disney but still is from a cartoon).
(in Vegeta's voice) OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sources have been copyrighted.
You know they showed this clip in my college online class.
- hauhm i am really bored nyone want to chat i have a cam too
- It's funny because my animation professor can't stand this
video. Too much of Buzz saying "COPY" over and over.
I still love it though.
- @DivineLegacies maybe that tiny litle sign at 0:10 might
have something to do
