- I have this camera...SUPERB QUALITY...nothing like the
youtube version of this video...
- This video was posted backwhen YouTube did not offer an HD
upload option...
Trust me, the video from the camera looks great....
Good luck,
Bill
- why is it bad quality then? i thought if you bought a HD
camera and uploaded a video you would get the HD option on the youtube video!!
help me out, im thinking about getting this
- iMovie...on an Intel Mac...
- what did u use to convert out of avchd
- Hello Sean...
It's several of the canned sound clips in
iMovie...
Take care,
Bill
- and whats the song i like it
- its not bad at all idk what ur talkin about
- Kay I have the Canon HG10 And it shoots in High Definition
(AVCHD) Format. When I import it to Sony Vegas pro 8 the preview is really choppy it skips through frames and the audio is fine though. And when Rendering what should I rend the file as? and whats better to use for this camera Vegas pro 9 Or Vegas platinum?
- I really enjoyed your video .. good composition .. nice
music ....very relaxing
- No night vision - the night video quality is pretty good.
Check out my Hawaii 2008 video - it has some stuff shot at night - low noise and color accuracy was right on. I'm pleased...
Bill
- how about its night mode? any night vision?
- I am not using the 24p feature. I have no need for the
"Cinema" look and have read that many scenes with motion will look choppy in that mode. I am quite happy with the default 60i (30fps) mode...
Good luck...
- hey, are you having any problems with the 24p mode ? I just
got this and the clips look horrible in 24p (stuttering)!
- Yes - it defaults to 60i, does regular 30fps and the 24 Cine
mode...
- i know it can record at 24fps (frames per second) but can it
record at higher frame rates? Help Please!
- wow! thats incredible with the faces! Awesome job on seeing
it!
- Thanks for the comments - this video was shot in 60i mode -
full auto. Now that I have had the camera for a couple of months, I am quite happy with it. I recently shot several hours of video in Hawaii and the results were outstanding - even in low light.
I am not a "videophile" so I can't make expert comments on all the particulars but as a guy who wants good home video on my HDTV, this fits the bill.
Good luck all who are looking at which camera to purchase...
Bill
- Um, this is off my main reason for commenting, but does
anyone else see at least 2 freakin faces in that icycle starting with a chic at 2:48 with open mouth and long hair, and a dude with big nose @ 2:59 (on right)? Weird..
Anyway, I'm looking at either this cam or SR11 when it's out. I like the close-ups with this. Was this shot with cine mode also? Could you maybe do a b/w vid if you get the chance man?
Thanks alot!
- Really looking into this camera and hopefully it'll be a
good buy! Because I'm looking at this for more professional use, but of course I can't afford a Canon XL-H1 just yet haha
- What are your settings? 24P, CINE mode,? Also try uploading
a higher quality version on DivX or something, is the camera really good?
