4. If this is an animation reel, then cut out all the junk that
   isn't animation. The models, the textures. They don't help
   convince anyone that they should hire you as an animator.
   Also the reel is too long and the music makes my ears
   bleed. You're making this reel for potential employers, pick
   music that doesn't distract from the reel.

10. now there is a supermotherboard ASUS P6T7 WS that can hold
    24 gb of memory ram and 4 graphic cards is that a good
    choice or is a waste of money for rendering because i was
    planing to buy 10 of this motherboards with a lot of memory
    ram and 4 graphic cards for each is that smart or is the
    most stupidly thing in the world i would do please i need

    recommend me for rendering to build 10 computer with a lot
    of memory ram and good processor or instead a lot memory ram
    to buy for each computer a graphic card like nvidia quadro
    fx 580 , soo i don't know if for rendering i really need a
    graphic card in each cluster ,but i read that this kind of
    graphic card is for production or may be you can suggest me
