    burnt out. Smoke started coming out of it then sparks. I
    lost everything!
12. What do you mean by "laptop died"? What was dead, the
    battery, CPU, or harddisk? Did you store the video file in
    harddisk? If you did, and as long as the disk wasn't broken,
    the file should not be lost.
