    importance of breath. Breathing and the heart-mind
    connection has been scientifically linked to significant
    health gains (physical, mental, and emotional) by the
    heartmath research institute. I would highly recommend
    anyone interested in understanding breathing and the
    importance of breath in relation to the heart-mind to check
    out heartmath.

    of Dhamma by Ledi Sayadaw, a 19th century Theravada Bhuddist
    monk. Also The Way To Ultimate Calm by Webu Sayadaw. A 20th
    century monk who died in 1977.
