    randomness, its true roulette has no memory, but on the
    other hand in reallife where the ball lands is determined by
    which way the ball spins, how fast the ball was spun, and if
    or how fast the wheel is spun and which way, and where the
    ball was originally i.e animated doesn't emulate true
