2. actuallly i think you'd get a better workout dancing because
   if you're moving so slow like on these vids you're gonna
   have to workout 6 hours a day to burn a little calories

   this? you're better of playing some music and just dancing
   to it, as you want. you will feel a lot more free and you
   will just as good a workout and stretch as you would when
   doing these boring choreographed aerobics. don't buy this

    3 children and a parttime job. now i dont want to know how

    ur very home....without having money in ur pocket....and
    instead of those weights...just use 2 bottles of
    water...filled. But it's easier to give bad arguments....

    why i do not envy (even old) people like madonna that have
