1. man improve ur 3d.....but ur 2d looks good...
2. Classic issue of finding it hard to put down on pc what you
   have on paper. I see a really dynamic bird anim then acting
   pieces thata re playing it safe to avoid curve issues. Push
   your poses have angry guys bouncing his head of the table
   and kicking down chairs. Were specialists at making things
   move so move it :-D
3. Great handdrawn stuff, but your 3d has issues. Mostly it's
   the frequency with which body parts freeze in space. They
   look dead and mechanical when that happens.
