- Sorry, but I don't know anything about FCE. Is there a
Motion Tab on the Viewer Window?
- I'm working with FCE and I tried to repeat the steps you did
but it didn't work is it possible to do it with FCE 4? I want a a 2 way split screen such as when two people are talking on a phone.
- thanks!!! I had the same problem and was too dumb to figure
it out!
- I want to make a series of clips into a split screen
sequence. How do I use the motion tab center values to make 2 (or even 4 screens) EXACT throughout the entire sequence?
- Thanks
I'm gonna need this for Media Studies :D
- Send me an email with a more detailed description of what
you want and I'll try to talk you through it.

- Thank you, the explanation was very clear. im looking
forward to watch more of this tutorials!
- Thanks.
- Why did you need to keep moving the v1 thing?
- hey dude thanks. i've been trying to get some good software
to make my musics videos. but just in case i need to ask, is that final cut express or pro. is there any difference. i have a macbook pro and i wanna use all its potential. thanks again
please respond.
- you keep it at 100% and just crop top and/or bottom in
motion tab.
now you move them
you can use numbers in "center "effect or simply drag it to where you want(make sure it is on image and wireframe mode in the canvas(on top 2 to the right of display %'s))
- cool but the bottom right corner is off screen is off
alittle on this example ...you can hold apple as drag the slider or type in decimals if full numbers aren't giving the precision you need
cheers for making these just thought I could add to it
- wtf is this video who gives a shit
- Follow the same steps, but change the dimensions to be
horizontal instead of vertical.
- what if i want it split horizontally?
- Thanks so much! I was trying to use this feature for a long
time now and I couldn't find anyone to show me.
- Tight. Good lookin' out man. Keep that shit comin'.
