- That's extremely unsafe to devote that much time to
excersising. in order to lose weight it's best to do half an hour to an hour of cardio workouts everyday, in addition to consuming a diet which limits high caloric foods

- I probably like Kim's video THE best. It shows exactly how
to do them easily and informative as a female exercise.. I did them yesterday and loved them.
- i liked these exercises, but her pushups are not the proper
form. diethealth has a video where they show you the right way to do pushups and gives advice if you're beginning strength training. the video is called 'strength training at it's BEST'

people worried about "getting too big" from lifting weights have never been big from lifting weights, only big from eating too much. different kind of big, people.
- 1) u need to waste calories more than u get calories in ur
body.
2) u need to do aerobic (any sport, example: swimming\ running\ bicycle).

- beautiful women and you can rather do what she shows than to
sit on your lazy ass and order a pizza.. she lets all muscles work and no she's not bodybuilding so stop whining about her technique or weights.
