- it's sad this is how we expect beauty to be, isnt it? what
happened to, a smile, and a personality?
- meh....Dove promotion attempts have little to do with the
bigger picture. Sure they're trying to promote themselves as a "self-esteem sensitive" company, but they were not the first to call people out on photo manipulation and the certainly won't be the last. Check out the Photoshop Disasters blog, you'd be surprised how many photoshop trainwrecks are being published by reputable and well-established sources.

- I love how the Photoshop section is about one sixteenth of

years old!) are pressured to be something that they're not. It really pisses me off when I hear the word "hot" because that sounds so cheap. Beautiful is more like it. Society is giving us the wrong message and it always has been. Shallow is the new ugly.

- The great point about this commercial is they let the
consumer dictate where the brand is going. Clearly it has alterior motives, but it is addressing a point that no one addresses.
