- Your videos are very well made. I find them interesting to
watch even though I don't ride a bicycle.
- This guy explains thing very well. Defo the best one for
tips on YouTube...
- Make more tutorials!
- you have smartguy forks?
- i learn that with ghost ert5500
- i cant even do wheelies.
wELL, i can get ti started but i
cant carry on.
- But it gives you some pump...
- HA only just noticed he's been doing some of this with a
suspension fork, I'm impressed, my suspnsion form just seems to get in the way, makes rocking etc much much harder.
- easy can do 5 foot wheelie now
- i never hade to learn that i jst thought it was commen sens
- I could do this move when I was a little kid. It's the only
way to jump off anything tall when not moving fast. The funny thing is that I can't wheelie or do any other trials moves. :)
- its easy as hell, once you pull up your front whell, take
your strong foot, put it on the pedal so you have alot of grip, and then push ur back foot out with force and scoop up in one fluid motion, and there u have a bunny hop. but thats not a "real bunny hop" a real bunny hop is when both wheels go up at once.
- well all tricks take prractice. I could give you some tips
for a wheelie. You wanna do them sitting down, it looks better and is a lot easier to balance. Start out standing up, and when you have your good foot or choclate foot at 12 o'clock, and ur not as good foot at 6 o' clock, pedal really hard, lean back and sit down in one motion. Start out doing them slightly up hill. When you are learning them, use one of your lower gears, like 3 or 4.
- thanks. do you know any other easy tricks to learn on a
mountain bike?
- hey, I wnated to learn bunny hops sooo bad, but couldn't
figure out how to get the rear wheel up. I can do them now tho. What you do is push down on ur bars then immediatley spring up. Throw all your weight back, then when ur front tire is as high as you can get it, you push forward on ur bars. Good luck
- nice!! Can you do a bunny hop? if yes, how do you get the
back wheel up??
- Easy learned it as soon as i learned how to wheelie :P
- easy
- i learned how 2 do this 1 year ago now i can do 20 backwhell
hops
- easy.
- i found it hard on my bmx because it was heavy but on a
trials bike they are feather light so it is much easier! Keep your arms straight and put ur ass ova the back wheel but be careful when you land not to hit your bum! lol
- any1 know where to get a trials bike in canada(in ontario
around Toronto)???
please help
- when u throw your body back are your arms bent? try to keep
them straight. if u look at Ryan Leech's "wheelies" demonstration he doesn't push very hard on the drive train and his arms are parallel to the ground
- Okay, my main question is how is it that easy for the
demonstrator to get his front wheel in the air. That guy just thinks about tilting backwards and it works. I throw my entire body backwards, pedal forward at the same time, and I can only keep the wheel in the air for a split second. Does it have something to do with my bike's setup? I've heard it helps to have a short neck, but mine's about 3". Is that part of the problem? Help! Thanks.
- damn i wish i knew this one 2 days ago. i ate it hard...
really hard i went of a table top that was bout 4 feet off the ground and i wasnt payin attention to the drop enough cause i had done it many times. well long story short i wasnt goin fast enough and i didnt realize it till my face was one with the pavement. not goin to that park again. my new nick name is dr faceplant. which bothers me cause im alot better than anybody there... grrr
