- 6 small portions of "healthy" food... You can eat like a
vegie between a bigger meal which would be your first 3 and 6th meal (those are bigger meals not huge just more than a snack) so like a vegie or like a healthy snack like unflavored oat meal just make some oats

- Make sure your neck is off the ground. Look up at the
ceiling, and do it slowely. Also, if you have a mat, use it.
Watch the video a couple more times before you do it, to be SURE you have the right technique.
That's about all the tips i have!

- heyy ive been doin this for a while but for like the last
few days ive been feelin oain around my bak nd i cant tell if its my back or abs but im pretty shure its my lower back...i do it almost exactly as they do it there on the vid. but i still get the pain....

- My neck hurt the first time I did it too. I tried changing
how I did it a bit. I would use my hand to support my neck. He says not to pull on the neck...so supporting it should be fine
- what should my diet be???
- and more importantly you should watch your diet.
- it will probably take 3 months to see real results. this is
especially true with abs since most of the fat is stored around the belly.
- I do these 8 min abs on those G2 fit back stretch mats!

- So Im getting the idea that doing this exercise everyday for
3-4 weeks will have visible results correct?
Plus one time after I was doing the exercise, my neck started to ache. Am I doing it wrong? o.O

- I did this workout once a day for two weeks and it realy
works !!! I think it matters , because you start with easier moves and in the end you have harder moves ;)
- i have been doing this since couple of days and it is hard
to complete all 8min non stop. i did manage it somehow to complete this exercise. i do this exercise once a day. how long would it take to show a good and clear visible result???
- cause i think your working from your upper to lower and side
and stuff, cause if u do it in the wrong order you caN get like one really big square stickin out of your belly and 5 other tiny ones, so do it in this order and your 6 pack should look good
