  5. 6 small portions of "healthy" food... You can eat like a
    vegie between a bigger meal which would be your first 3 and
    6th meal (those are bigger meals not huge just more than a
    snack) so like a vegie or like a healthy snack like
    unflavored oat meal just make some oats

  8. Make sure your neck is off the ground. Look up at the
    ceiling, and do it slowely. Also, if you have a mat, use it.
    Watch the video a couple more times before you do it, to
    be SURE you have the right technique. That's about all the
    tips i have! Good luck, this is an awsome program, i use it
    and my 6-pack is on its way, just have to loose the bit of
    fat that I still have
  9. heyy ive been doin this for a while but for like the last
    few days ive been feelin oain around my bak nd i cant tell
    if its my back or abs but im pretty shure its my lower
    back...i do it almost exactly as they do it there on the
    vid. but i still get the pain....
  10. try looking up to your ceiling the whole time the pain is
    much less
  11. My neck hurt the first time I did it too. I tried changing
    how I did it a bit. I would use my hand to support my neck.
    He says not to pull on the neck...so supporting it should be
    fine

  13. and more importantly you should watch your diet.
  14. it will probably take 3 months to see real results. this is
    especially true with abs since most of the fat is stored
    around the belly.

  16. So Im getting the idea that doing this exercise everyday for
    3-4 weeks will have visible results correct? Plus one time
    after I was doing the exercise, my neck started to ache. Am
    I doing it wrong? o.O

  19. I did this workout once a day for two weeks and it realy
    works !!! I think it matters , because you start with
    easier moves and in the end you have harder moves ;)
  20. i have been doing this since couple of days and it is hard
    to complete all 8min non stop. i did manage it somehow to
    complete this exercise. i do this exercise once a day. how
    long would it take to show a good and clear visible
    result???
  21. cause i think your working from your upper to lower and side
    and stuff, cause if u do it in the wrong order you caN get
    like one really big square stickin out of your belly and 5
    other tiny ones, so do it in this order and your 6 pack
    should look good

    evry part...how many times do u do it a week??

    hav a pretty solid 6 pack, but I was wondering does the
