12. Oh I misread your comment earlier. I must say that the girl
    didn't enunciate her Khmer words properly but I do hear some
    of the lyrics as follows: Merl pnake krohorm neak nar char
    chau bros bong...brab bontech barn tay oan niss trom min
    barn...chomnaerk aer knhjom jear tee pruksar...denh oan rir
    bong...min oy rumkharn charj brak mork sen bong euy...The
    girl wants to know about the guy's trouble but the guy don't
    want to be bothered and the girl is asking him to spend the
    money first..
13. i know what lanugage they are singing as i understand both
    langauge. what i was pointing out is that as much i tried
    to understand her, i cant. i understand khmer and thai. i
    know she singing in khmer, but for whatever reason, i cant
    make out the words she is singing. i am not questioning
    what language he is singing or what she is singing in.

    supposedly singing in "Thai", the national language of
    Thailand.

19. I like Sok Sreyneang, she has a raspy quality to her voice I
    like. Also she pronounces Khmer exactly as it should be (I
    know the exact phonological structure of Khmer vowels), so
    those who say she doesn't sound Khmer need to reassess their
    opinion. If you seen a photo of Sok Sreyneang, she clearly
    looks Khmer, even more than me!

23. It doesn't matter who was right and who was wrong in the
    past, but right now -- in the present -- both sides should
    move forward and really try to establish a more amicable
    relationship. There needs to be more compassion between
    these two nations! Just imagine how wonderful things would
    be if Thailand and Cambodia built a more positive
    relationship; this collaboration is just the beginning.
