19. I've been doing Zumba of the recent and earlier DVD's for
    about 4 weeks. And I can tell you this really works! I am
    fitter, leaner, and best of all..... have great core muscles
    and abs. Yes at 46 my abs have finally come through. All
    around the sides too. Keep in mind I also do 1-3 Pump
    classes a week, and some bike riding and salsa dancing
    weekly. Plus you need to eat a healthy balanced diet....a
    bit of junk food is OK. If you love Latin music, dance and
    exercise, try Zumba.
