10. This was the 70s. While seatbelts WERE found in cars in the 70s, they weren't as big a deal as they are now.

12. It sort of made sense until the Zeppelin made an appearance and started shooting laser beams at Speedy Buggy. I used to watch this as a kid in Scotland back in the early 70s. Must have made sense back then.
13. The guy with the red hair look very much like Shaggy from Scooby Doo!

16. I remember this cartoon. I was 5 in 1973. Too bad it didn't last that long. you've got to love the old classic cartoons.
