- @ubersomesam You should try to keep your lower back flat on
the floor and then use your abs to bring your upper body slightly upward. You may feel it in the beginning at first but as you master good form you wont feel it as much. In the beginning I couldn't make it through this video however I can now :D.
- @cieltriste. I do the 8 min abs every other day so I can
rest. I still feel the tension in my neck being I had to work on tightening my core. I also have an upright bike from Golds Gym that has8 built in programs.Its great being I live near busy roads. 5 sets of 12 doing barbell and dumbell lifts for strength and Forward/backward lunges for legs. Lunges are highly underestimated. They help you tone your legs and strength as well.

yes but it take some time to see if your lower
abs are weak
- I do it everyday together with some total body workouts. It
won't be enough just to do this alone.

- Wow, that's impressive! Not to pry or anything, but I'm
curious that since you have had so much success, do you mind giving me advice on what kind of cardio i should do? If so, can you recommend me a video? BTW! you also did this on a daily basis, right? I've heard that you should do it every other day to let the soreness wear out first... sorry to bother, but please and thanks! :)

- I tried few times other abs exercises but I always return to
this video, It's the best from you tube. Very quick, just 8 mins and the results are as showing quick as well. I personally thank to those 3 persons from the video, and to the person who posted it!

Na te wszystkie ćwiczenia są chyba 2 albo 3 w których pracują dolne mięśnie brzucha.
Jeśli chcecie mieć jakieś "ogólne" postępy to proponuję A6W,tam modeluje się bardzo szybko górne części brzucha.
ABS to tak jak sklep "wszystko po 5zł" czyli wszystko i nic :D
- 216.8lbs today. A couple months ago I was over 250lbs. This
workout helps tone abs. Don't ever forget to do cardio and eat healthy. As you grow older your metabolism slows down as you aren't running around as much when you were a child - litterally playing almost 24/7. Now most of us just work or sit around. Cardio, great diet (watch your calorie, carb, and sugar intake) and do weight training for muscle. Lunges are a great leg toning work out too btw.
