- dude, if you carry a lot of excess pounds, you need to diet
gradually as well for a sustained period (some months), and then get on to some really regular cardio, like biking...or preferrably running on a treadmill so you can measure your progress. You need graded challenges if you're carrying a lot of excess weight.
- well more like daily...and as you find it easier
going...more like thrice DAILY if poss. And what the others say, do rapid cardio...like interval running repeats for say 1 minute-4 minutes on a treadmill at a higher speed. That burns off fat..while this burns some, and strengthens abs. Skinner people get there quicker, as they have less fat to burn in the first place.
- OK, this burns a some fat, it mostly gives your abs muscles.
If you really want to lose your stomach do interval training... it's nuts.

- You're not going to get results in two weeks with any
workout in the world.. If you would, everybody would be in great shape when they hit the beach, wouldn't they? :) You'll need to do this for several months every day before you really see the results :) Don't try to rush 'cause you'll not win anything..

- butt, legs, and abs are all different muscle groups. There
is a tiny bit of overlap, but basically one shouldn't interfere with the other at all, so go ahead and do them all the same day if it is more convenient.
- Is iy true that The ab workout every day will give you more
muscle, which will make you look like you have a larger gut, until you get rid of the fat.
