  2. if you want to burn fat.. walk,run,ride a bike and no bread
    ( so actually no fast food )
  3. Sorry mate, but doing cardio would have been enough as well.
    Getting a sixpack only means you burn the fat on your waist
    and ab training doesn't work for that. Everyone already have
    6-8 or even 10 packs, but it's covered in fat. Believe me,
    I'm much more experienced. Watch my youtube profile photo,
    it's not only because of ab training, but diet and
    strenghttraining more!
  4. @jlvi13 sorry but you are wrong i do cardio and 8min abs 6
    days in week and i have 4 pack i start to see down part of
    abs ;] i think 3 more months and ill get a nice six pack ;]

  6. These exercises are quite good, but training your abs daily
    isn't recommended. You'll not get a sixpack by doing these
    exercises. Go to my channel and watch some demonstration
    videos, exercise videos for own use and for tips on diet and
    exercising. You can ask me about diet and exercising by
    sending me a personal message! Subscribe to my channel if
    you like, I'll be making better quality videos later
    on! Watch the rest of these videos as well, only don't
    train the same muscles every day!
  7. @br9reb i have just 2.5kg its help but just a litle bit i
    dont fell much diffrent i traning my legs 15 years so you
    know this traning its not even worm up ;p
  8. @szczppl try to put some weights around your ankels ... that
    might help :-)
  9. Dziekuje bardzo za info :) Biegac lubie, tylko jak jest
    ładnie na dworze, a nie śnieg.. wiec czekam na wiosne i
    zaczynam sie brac ostro do roboty.. chodź te cwiczenia
    codziennie i tak robie..;] na boczki by sie przyadalo
    jeszcze coś poćwiczyć ;]
  10. @Agugusia7 hehe ja to robilem pare dni ale w ogole nie
    czulem ani bolu ani zakwasow a te cwiczenie mogl bym
    powtarzac pol dnia xD bez skutku za silne nogi mam chyba na
    to ale dla kobiet calkiem dobre cwiczenie proponuje ci
    bieganie :) najlepszy sposob a jak nie lubisz biegac
    (zaluj) to skakanka ;p trening musi trwac wiecej niz 35
    minut wtedy dopiero zaczyna sie spalac tkanka tluszczowa a
    po bieganiu organiz pracuje ci przez pare godzin i spala
    tluszcz po interwalach pracuje kilkanascie godz
  11. Ćwicze dzis 4 dzien.. zakwasy powoli mijają, a ja czekam
    az obwod moich ud sie zmniejszy ;P

    shall i do this exercise everyday and it will be effective
    in making my legs more muscular?
  13. If you do a lot of repetitions with bodyweight and do it
    every day, you'll get thinner legs, but if you do them with
    some weights, or do them slower with bodyweight you'll get
    more muscular.
  14. Pretty good exercises, but the only bad thing about this
    video is that they say you have to train the same muscles
    every day. I would never do that! If you are looking for

  15. will my legs get really musciler? or will it get thinner?
  16. @Srha93 probably more of a toner then muscle builder since
    not much resistance is applied and yeah you can tone them
    with fat on lol but you may not get same results as someone
    who has less fat on them.. try loosing slight leg fat maybe?
  17. Will this make your legs really muscley or toned? And is it
    possible to tone them if your legs have a bit of fat on
    them? Plz answer :)

  19. Does it matter what time of day I do this? I do all 5 of
    them (stretch, arms, legs, buns and abs) in the morning.
    It's going to hurt so bad tomorrow, but it's such a good
    hurt. ha ha.
  20. @xboxnitrogen yes you have to do it every 24 hours, as he
    mentions in another video ^^
  21. do 8 minute stretch first - then do 8minute arms, legs, buns
    and abs in that order. 8x5 = 40 mins a day everyday. And
    cut out junk food eat square meals. And you will look and
    feel amazing very quickly indeed!
