1. THese ones were cool were they had new characters hahahah
2. Wanted to say you will hardly ever see this opening again,
   if you have bought the DVD called: The Best of the
   Scooby-Doo Movies they cut a lot of the images you see in
   this opening above out. The images of The Addams Family,
   Batman & Robin, The Globetrotters, The Three Stooges, and
   Laurel & Hardy were removed from The New Scooby-Doo Movies
   opening titles cause Warner Bros. could not get the
   copyrights to use their images on the DVD and the series
   will never released full because of this reason.
3. ... and why is Scooby Doo the only HB Production that looks
   different from their other productions? .... by far I think
   Scooby Doo IS their best production. But yes, all or most of
   their stuff is great....
4. Well I'm guessing, the film of the first version are older
   so they loose color quality a bit over time .... along with
   changing film stock as well as you say ....
5. yes it's actually 3 short clips of 10 mins each. they would
   air randomly on cartoon network, on the same section of two
   stupid dogs, and courage the cowardly dog....

9. yes johny bravo was in scooby-doo but not in this kinda
   scooby doo thing( u need to be lucky to watch it ) and i,m
   kinda fan of scooby doo. =)

12. I've always wondered (has anyone else noticed this), but
    what made Hanna Barbera's film quality so different in the
    70's to the 80's. I'm not talking about production, I'm
    talking about the quality. Look at the difference in say The
    New Scooby Doo Movies and The Scooby Doo Show. The latter
    looks almost darker. Did HB productions change film stock?
    It's almost like the difference between film and video.

    yes indeed, those are the addams family.

15. I remember this watching show when I was a kid... since the
    opening was played so fast, I never managed to see who were
    the scary people at 0:09. At last, thanks to YouTube and the
    PAUSE button, I see these are the Addams! :-)
