  4. yes abdominal muscle is core training and if u have a stronger core means its easier for u to throw, run or any types of sports. core is the root of all strengths.

  9. agreed. Any kind of cardio is a great way to lose fat; running, swimming, cycling, etc... however swimming is one of my personal faves =)
  10. For a great body as a whole have 2-3 seperate excercises for each muscle group (pecs, triceps, biceps, back, legs and this 8-minute excercise) do 3 sets for each of the excercises and have a 3 day schedule where you do pecs, triceps and shoulders one day, biceps, abs the next day and back and legs the other. You should be in the gym for about 1-1 1/2 hours less or more and you're taking too much rest between sets or rushing through it. A gym is the best way to get a good body. Cardio is crucial.
  11. I've been building my body for a while but never really bothered with the abs as much as everything else. Just 100 sit-ups and 200 crunches once every few days for the past year. I've got a 6 pack but it's not well defined. Pretty much waited until everything else was big before concentrating more on the abs and committing myself to a 1-2 times a day workout. Doing it each day to keep the abs is what's irritating.
  12. Great workout, but it hurts my neck. anybody have any advice on what to do with my neck to make it not feel so strained?
  13. answer to a great body... if you want to bulk abs + arms arms, curl 10% less than ur max as slow as u can and for as many time u can, 3 set\ abs, do this vid 2 times in a row, never break form and only 3 times a week, arrms every other day+ only have half of your daily vaule in carbs

  15. Pick a time of day that you drop everything that you do... For me its 6 pm to 7 pm.. Arms, cardio, abs, and leg workouts consistant... I change the order of excercises weekly.
  16. What would you guys reccomend for a 15 yr. old, ive been trying this out for 4 days now and i can feel a difference but besides that i do 50 pushups also for 4 days and 30 pull ups. what would you guys reccomend please reply.
